What Is This?

This PDF contains a vertical slice of the first build of the Mind’s Eye Theatre: Werewolf the Apocalypse rules set. This slice is comprised of Alpha rules, which are likely to change and evolve over many rounds of playtesting. These rules and setting pieces are still in development, and this document is intended to highlight features, showcase design philosophy, and provide only a microcosm of the final product.

Note that rules, powers, and items not included in this slice, that doesn’t mean it won’t appear in the final version of the game.

How Do I Do This?

This Alpha Slice packet is intended for players already familiar with the new Mind’s Eye Theatre rules from By Night Studios. If you’d like to participate in early Alpha testing, we’d like you to focus on the rules and material presented here, giving us your impressions of that information so that we can consider it while creating the rest of the MET rules book.

Read through the vertical slice. Create some characters, and then playtest the rules in both combat and social situations. Apply the core rules to both setting-specific material and to the provided mechanics. Fill out the feedback form in the back of the packet, and return it to us via the email address provided in the packet.
